The A in ASMR is really for August 2022

ASMR is really fun

ASMR is really good and its definitely a must listen this August.

1. An anxiety buffer.

Everyday life is stressful and full of uncertainty. Having a special time of the year when we know exactly what to do, the way we’ve always done it, provides a comfortable sense of structure, control, and stability.

Many of those rituals may of course also be performed at other times throughout the year. But during the holiday season, they become more meaningful. They’re held in a special place (the family home) and with a special group of people (our closest relatives and friends). For this reason, more people travel during the year-end holidays than any other time of the year. Gathering together from far-flung locations helps people leave their worries behind, and at the same time lets them reconnect with time-honored family traditions.

2. Sharing is caring.

Because even after all this time, it’s like nothing has changed at all.

3. Being with my family.

Feeling homesick is one of the hardest things and there’s nothing like reuniting with your loved ones after being away from them for long periods of time.

4. Sleeping in your own bed.

We all know it’s impossible to get the healthy eight hours of sleep a night at school with everything going on, so breaks are a perfect opportunity to lounge around and sleep all you want.

5. Not doing any kind of schoolwork.

I love breaks because I love being away from the stress of my classes. If your professors are nice, they won’t assign schoolwork over the holidays.

6. Enjoying every moment to yourself.

It’s difficult to get alone time at school, whether you’re meeting with group members for a project, or studying with friends, it’s important to get time to yourself to reflect on everything you have accomplished in the year.
