If you’ve considered going to this European masterpiece then you’re in luck because we’ve got you with all the essentials you’ll ever need. The last thing you want when travelling to this beauty is to realise you forgot something you so need, that would just spoil the mood, whatever mood you were going for.

Whether you’re going for a romantic mood with your significant other or you’re going for a fun jolly mood with some friends this list is just for you, all you’ll ever need!

ASMR is this feel-good sensation you just so need. The goodness has many benefits some of which are health benefits related to just calming you so much so you might actually fall asleep.

Many use the sensation to fall asleep easy and this is just what you might need given the stress of travel and just being air sick and jet lagged from your flight if you choose to fly to Paris!

A study this year cited that ASMR is actually linked to neuroticism and anxiety which is huge. They described it as a intensely pleasant tingling sensation originating in the scalp and neck, and spreading down the body even better.

They further said ASMR is elicited by a range of video and auditory triggers, such as watching someone pretend to perform relaxing actions like massaging or hair brushing, or listening to soft sounds such as whispers or tapping.

The language, the French is new to you. The culture is new to you. Thee food also different ,but you want to take this opportunity to learn all of it.

The word “culture” is actually French in itself! “Culture’ derives from the same French term, which in turn derives from the Latin ‘colere,’ meaning to tend to the earth and grow, cultivate and nurture.

So if you know a friend who’s always fantasised about going to the European city it wouldn’t hurt to invite them to tag along with you on your adventure.
